Train station starts free pick-up service

During the Spring Festival period, Beijing Train Station will launch 24-hour services such as providing wheelchairs and picking up service for elderly, pregnant and disabled people, free of charge. Passengers can order the service by dialing 010-51835781, using their Suping Service Card and Weibo.

Beijing Train Station has launched 10 services, including designating windows No.50 and 51 of ticket lobby as "Love Window" and offering special services to aged and disabled citizens. In addition, the station will open an exclusive ticket purchasing window for migrant workers and students.

The station has established two temporary ticket offices on both sides of the lobby, bringing the total number of windows up to 60. During the Spring Festival period, station staff will provide sales, endorsement and ticket refund services. In addition, it will add 10 automatic ticket machines.

The railway station will also provide medical services on the second floor with complete medical equipment, including a electrocardiogram machine and oxygen plants. From 8 am to 9 pm, the station will have doctors and nurses to provide medical services for passengers.
